「3 x 4 = 住に」expresses how many things in our lives are connected. Within this series, there are 3 sub-series, each consisting of 4 related works. The artwork of the Cycle Series can be displayed in any orientation and combined together. The Shop Series can also be lined up to form a long row of shop shelves. Similarly, the Patchwork Series can be placed together in any order, just like a patchwork.

Combining wordplay, dreamy colors, and quirky characters, this series explores the duality of life itself. At times, we laugh at our own misfortune because we thought of surrendering, yet quitting is so uncomfortable. We consume melancholic stories and films to remind ourselves to be grateful of our current situations. In life, pain is compulsory, but suffering is a choice.
