I’m Katsukin Takamura, a Singapore-based surrealist artist working primarily with felt, fabric paint and mixed media.
My practice combines tactile materials with dreamlike imagery to explore emotion, identity, relationships and the hidden worlds within us.
I am interested in the space between reality and imagination — creating paintings that feel familiar, yet invite you to look twice.
My goal is not simply to decorate a wall.
It is to create a piece of art that becomes part of the life around it.
